We are extremely professional as we have provided excellent service over 16 years and tens of thousands of tickets. We do make sure we address everyone's concerns in a timely manor. Although we have representatives available to help Monday through Friday 8am to 5:30pm, at times as we are extremely busy and cannot take a call immediately. if you have to leave a message it may time 24 hours for a return call but you always get a call back.

Our directions specifically state that if you are going over 100mph you must be approved for the trial by written declaration. If you signed up for our service online we can only assume you have been approved as it is your responsibility for your own ticket not ours. As such we provided you the defense documents you engaged us to provide. Again all you need to do is call the court and request the trial by written declaration and ask them to set bail. This is your repsonsibility are are negligent if you don't

Unfortunately the information you are presenting is misguided and incorrect. You hired us to provide you your defense documents to contest your traffic ticket. We did that and completed our service in full. You did NOT hire us to go to court for you and you knew that as you check the box on our terms that states exactly what we are providing you. Instead you set a court date and that is not our fault. We provided you what you paid us to provide and you cannot blame us for your mistakes and negligence.

Hi Art, Unfortunately your statement is not valid and not relevant. We have been helping drivers dismiss their traffic tickets for 16 years and tens of thousands of tickets. There is nothing that the "citing authority" has figured out or not figured out. A Trial by Written Declaration is your best way to dismiss a ticket without going to court. In fact the courts would rather you fight a ticket this way so you don't waste court time.
