We have used Ticketbud for several years now for both our online and point of show entry ticketing and processing and cannot say enough great things! From event coordination to device shipping to fast response times and friendliness, it has been the best experience. We used other ticketing companies in the past and first hand did not have great experiences with them. We cannot recomend Ticketbud enough!

I found the staff to be experienced and beyond helpful in assisting in various situations from attendees not understanding how to register to assisting me in formatting the badges to the desired format for the show.
