Blake responds very quickly and accurately to any question and is always happy to help. We really appreciate the human (not automated) help! The Ticketbud platform also allows a good deal of customization which we need. Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been organizing a large event for the past 12 years with over 3,500 attendees, and I can confidently say that Ticketbud has been a game changer for us for the last two years! Their ticketing and check-in service is incredibly user-friendly, making the entire process seamless from start to finish. Our attendees have had a smooth experience, and the real-time data and analytics provided by Ticketbud have been invaluable for managing our event effectively. What truly sets Ticketbud apart is their unparalleled customer service. I've used multiple ticketing platforms over the years, and none compare to the level of support we’ve received from the Ticketbud team. They are always ready to assist with any questions or concerns, going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Thanks to Ticketbud, our event has not only been successful but has also allowed us to focus on what really matters—creating an unforgettable experience for our attendees. I wholeheartedly recommend Ticketbud to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient ticketing solution!

The Ticketbud team has been a terrific business partner by not only supporting our ticketing needs but adjusting their business processes and data capture to improve our bottom line. Is there a six star rating?

We are elated we made the switch to Ticketbud. It is a unique, extremely user friendly software that allows us to do so much more than “the big guys”. From fantastic on-site event support to immediate customer service assistance (even on weekends), Ticketbud has changed the customer experience both online and at our events. It has been a huge win for everyone.
