Great site did everything they were supposed to got everything I ordered faster than expected

My customer experience with this vendor has been nothing short of excellent. They're always stocked consistently with attractively priced, high quality products that ship out promptly. The ordering process is straightforward and without any runarounds that may lead customers to other skeptical sites. Based on my consumer experience thus far, this vendor clearly outperforms the competition by comparison and sits at the top of my list as the most recommendable from maintaining a high level of credibility. This vendor has certainly established themselves as a reputable source.

I recently ordered 2grams of Tianeptine sulfate because it was my first time ordering from this company. The price was fair and I received my order within 3days of ordering. The weight was correct and well packaged. Testing revealed the product to be 99% pure as advertised. I will be ordering again very soon. The payment process was simple and secure. In short the product was as advertised delivered in time frame promised and fair market price.

Tianeptine Direct is the first , and only, supplier that I have ever purchased (or even tried) Tianeptine from, so its difficult for me to comment on quality or purity. I have placed 2 orders, within 1 week, for Tianeptine Sulfate, and it came quickly and seemed appropriately priced. However- and to me, this is HUGE- their customer service, if you can even call it that, is abysmal!!! I sent them an email directly from their site before I placed my first order. And, as a potential customer $$$$, I was ignored. I placed the order anyway, and after I received it, now as an actual customer, I emailed them, TWICE, and I was ignored AGAIN. Unfortunately, the first batch I bought did not last a fraction of the time I thought it would (hence the 2 emails) so I needed to order again, and now I'm emailing them as a returning customer...NO RESPONSE. In total, I emailed them EIGHT TIMES, and was ignored each and every time!!! AND they don't even have a phone number. To me, that's not just horrendous customer service, its downright sketchy. And I would have been a very good customer, especially since I have a large presence on several social media accounts with people actively ASKING ME for a Tia supplier! I guess they're the kind of business that doesn't "care" til it affects their income...SMH. And like everyone else said, they don't include a scoop for measuring either. WHY COULDN'T YOU JUST ANSWER ME?!!! 😡😡😡 ***UPDATE*** As if this company's utter lack of regard for a potential, then new, and then returning customer wasn't insulting enough, they managed to out-do themselves... Immediately after they received my second (and LAST) order, they emailed me a coupon for 20% off my next order. In my case, that's about $12; something a single mom really appreciates! But of course, the catch was that you had to leave a review and send them a copy, which I did. Show of hands, kids, who's shocked that I still haven't received that coupon? 🙄 And how much ya wanna bet I never will?!! I am fuming at the blantant F- you attitude of these wahoos as it is, but can you imagine if, for example, I never received my order? As it was I had a problem with how much I received (in comparison to what I was supposed to!) So its, "we keep your money no matter how the whole thing goes down and there's nuthin' you fools can do about it...muah ha ha"??!!! (cue the old timey, mustache twirling villain laugh) Mark my words, I will never order from another company without a phone number...and I suggest you don't either!!

They have a very amazing product .And i will be buying again very soon .The package came over night after it was shipped.And the product was shipped same day . and it was very high quality.The only downfall i can say is wished they sent a way to measure it for my research purposes and that the prices where a little cheaper.But other then that they are by far the best tianaeptine sodium distributor i have found .

The site was easy to navigate and my tianeptine direct order was shipped out quickly and came in 3 days! It was packaged wonderfully and a great quality! The prices were comparable with other sites. The only thing that I believe was lacking is it would have been nice to have a measuring device. I will be ordering from them again! Thank you!

I give them five stars. I've had great experiences with this vendor. I received my order very quickly. The quality is also great. By far the best website to order from. Their customer service is very efficient too. I've emailed them with questions and would get a response right away. I've ordered from many vendor's and I have to say by far they are the best. I would definitely order from them. You will not be disappointed. I will continue ordering from them because I know they will come through. They always have. Great vendor.
