I recently ordered a 5 gram package of tianeptine sulfate for the first time through Tianeptine Direct. Having just recently learned about this substance I wanted to conduct research experimentation on it. I was somewhat hesitant at first to order but did some basic research and once I made my selection and finally put in the order on their website I promptly received an email communication listing the easy steps to complete the transaction. Communication was prompt and professional from this group and they sent me a confirmation of the order along with tracking information. My order arrived as expected and I could not have been more pleased with the product and service I received.

Excellent! I think they are the only shop on the internet to carry a liquid tianeptine solution. I had my order sent to Central Europe with USPS and it arrived within 2 weeks, even with some delay because I had to go pick it up at the post office. The order was packaged well, with a good description of contents.

I ordered 100g of tianeptine sodium in December of last year and it never made it to the Post Office. First, Paul said I needed to have USPS investigate it. FIVE MONTHS LATER, and no luck with them finding it (because they never got it, kinda makes sense, huh?). I have been emailing back and forth for weeks now to resolve this since it's readily apparent that USPS never got my package, with likely over half of my emails going ignored. Paul finally said last Friday that it would be resolved by the end of business. Friday came and went, and Monday morning, I emailed seeking this supposed resolution. I got no response. Now it's 2 am on Tuesday and I'm tired of the stalling, asking for info I've already provided, and terrible service. There is no excuse other than them wanting to take my $800 and not provide their product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their product is good quality, as I previously reviewed here, but this is absolutely unacceptable.

Very quick shipment. Pure and easy to measure. Tianeptine can clump up when exposed to air and moisture but their packaging is perfect. No surprises in billing, which is a great thing. A+ supplier

Tianeptine Direct is an outstanding source for Tianeptine, whether in capsule, liquid or powder form. Their customer service is prompt and on point, as well as their shipping. The package was received early, in secured fashion and the product itself is by far the best quality I've ever come across. Just reordered today without any worries.
