Tianeptine sodium is not pure, but shipping was very quick. I just wish they didnt cut their product or had a better supplier becuz 2 years ago they had very good Tia.

I tried to purchase a bottle of supplements to give to a friend as a Christmas gift. I immediately got an email saying my payment was received, yet nothing was delivered. Once it was clear I wasn't going to get my package by Christmas, I asked for my money back. However, despite the fact that they hadn't even shipped it yet, they wouldn't give me my money back. They even tried to blame the poor shipping times on echeck processing speed, even though I have an email proving the echeck was processed on day one. They shipped the product anyway against my express wishes. They could have listened and cancelled the order without any problem, but they were too greedy. The ONLY reason they're getting two stars is because they didn't just take my money and run, but this is the next worst thing.

I ordered tia sulfate caps, 60 25mg, and the transaction was easy peasy with Zelle. I received the product in a timely manner. I took two of the caps and waited and then .... nothing. No sense of clarity, calm or focus. Just nothing. But hold on; around 8 pm I began to feel anxious and flustered with everything. I didn’t even enjoy the funny shows we watch each night. By 10 my spouse noticed I was short, abrasive and slamming drawers and doors. The “tia” wore off. I hesitate to take more than two caps at one time as I am relatively new to tia sulfate. I seem to have gotten the come down without the benefits. Having a friend test the product in his lab at the university. Will get back to you with more info.

Not very happy with my order tbh, I ordered 2 grams and only got 1.3.....it was good quality tho not going to lie, I'm making another order tonight you could just add what you messed up on that would be nice. I would u a 5 stars if u got what I payed for tho

Shipping and customer service was good. However, the product was a problem. This wasn’t my first Go with the sulfate.. I’ve bought from smaller sellers and received very good product. When I ordered from Tianeptine Direct the product was an off white color and smelled strongly of apple cider vinegar and it was pretty clumpy. You can obviously tell it was cut with something... it clearly looked and smelled like apple cider vinegar powder.. I was told it was due to the oven not working properly during the winter months, ect. Ect.

Tianeptine Direct is the first , and only, supplier that I have ever purchased (or even tried) Tianeptine from, so its difficult for me to comment on quality or purity. I have placed 2 orders, within 1 week, for Tianeptine Sulfate, and it came quickly and seemed appropriately priced. However- and to me, this is HUGE- their customer service, if you can even call it that, is abysmal!!! I sent them an email directly from their site before I placed my first order. And, as a potential customer $$$$, I was ignored. I placed the order anyway, and after I received it, now as an actual customer, I emailed them, TWICE, and I was ignored AGAIN. Unfortunately, the first batch I bought did not last a fraction of the time I thought it would (hence the 2 emails) so I needed to order again, and now I'm emailing them as a returning customer...NO RESPONSE. In total, I emailed them EIGHT TIMES, and was ignored each and every time!!! AND they don't even have a phone number. To me, that's not just horrendous customer service, its downright sketchy. And I would have been a very good customer, especially since I have a large presence on several social media accounts with people actively ASKING ME for a Tia supplier! I guess they're the kind of business that doesn't "care" til it affects their income...SMH. And like everyone else said, they don't include a scoop for measuring either. WHY COULDN'T YOU JUST ANSWER ME?!!! 😡😡😡 ***UPDATE*** As if this company's utter lack of regard for a potential, then new, and then returning customer wasn't insulting enough, they managed to out-do themselves... Immediately after they received my second (and LAST) order, they emailed me a coupon for 20% off my next order. In my case, that's about $12; something a single mom really appreciates! But of course, the catch was that you had to leave a review and send them a copy, which I did. Show of hands, kids, who's shocked that I still haven't received that coupon? 🙄 And how much ya wanna bet I never will?!! I am fuming at the blantant F- you attitude of these wahoos as it is, but can you imagine if, for example, I never received my order? As it was I had a problem with how much I received (in comparison to what I was supposed to!) So its, "we keep your money no matter how the whole thing goes down and there's nuthin' you fools can do about it...muah ha ha"??!!! (cue the old timey, mustache twirling villain laugh) Mark my words, I will never order from another company without a phone number...and I suggest you don't either!!

I've been a customer of one supplier now for a long time, and one day decided to look elsewhere due to prices - the quality of TD's tia was not comparable in my opinion. If something changes, I will update my review.
