This company should be shut down. They keep no accounting of your money and put the owner on you to do the research on your contributions. Do not trust your heart earn money with these thieves they have a horrible attitude and will not help you when you need it. Zero customer service they should be closed down.

Terrible customer service. I was treated as if I had ZERO value to them - a company I have invested my life savings in for 30 years. BTW, as an educator, this is the only company we are allowed to have our retirement account in, so I guess they figure we're stuck with them. The day I retire, I will remove ALL my money from their company and roll it over to a place that values my business.

It’s a criminal group that scams people to trade in their platform and provide so-call investment advice with fake tokens. The new name of TBAA is Coinorbit (CO). Stay away from them. They keep changing their domain name and company’s name to continue their criminal activities and scamming more people. They are selling TBAA’s domain name.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. It's amazing they are still even in operation. It is criminal how hard they make it for you to access your money. Everytime you call up there you get a different incompetent answer. Unbelievable.

If I could leave a negative score, I would. I waited 30 minutes, only to be given the wrong information. In the end, I had to turn to Google and ChatGPT to find the correct answer. Truly unbelievable!

Can't get appointments in a timely fashion if at all. No in person support. Can't meet with the same person even on the phone if you do get an appointment. Customer service won't respond or answer requests to speak to them. Lack of pertinent education on person giving financial information. Avoid this company at all costs.

There communication system stinks. Trying to talk to someone is the worst. Have been transferred, hung up on etc. Cannot talk to anyone. Told had 5 minute wait, it has been 30 minutes. Whoever set up their communication system should be ashamed. Tried adding an outside account, kept getting rejected.
