So much better than the native Youtube thumbnail feature. I love being able to test thumbnails and titles at the same time, great product.

thumbnail in the style of MrBeast: a thrilled creator with an exaggerated “jaw‑drop” expression, pointing at a huge stack of cash and a giant gold bar, bright yellow and white 3D text across the bottom reading “GAVE AWAY $100,000!”, electric blue and fiery orange gradient background with speed lines, intense rim lighting and lens flares, crisp details, 16:9 aspect ratio.

The testing did not help because I don't get enough views to compare titles with confidence. I tried canceling, was asked if I'd like to keep the service free of charge for a month and enable manual renewal (so I can cancel before getting charged). I agreed. Thumbnailtest charged me both for the "free" and the next month automatically anyway. I have tried chatting - I get "Okay, an agent will assist you shortly" and no more response. I have tried emailing the support - my email (from a personal Gmail account) got blocked/bounced. Edit: I kept waiting for the agent until I realized noone is going to respond. At that point I typed "Is there anyone to help" and, a miracle, someone responded and the refund got issued. So plus one star.

Hi Ilia, Thanks for the update and for sharing your honest feedback — we hear you. We’re sorry about the confusion. That shouldn’t have happened! We also apologize for the delay in support. Your experience doesn’t meet our standard, and we’re actively improving both our chat and email response systems. We're glad the refund was issued and that someone was finally able to help. Appreciate you giving us a second star despite the trouble — we’re working to earn the other three back. If there’s anything else we can do, feel free to reach out directly to [email protected] — we’ll make sure your message gets through.

Thumbnail Test helped me get a video from 100k views to 1,000,000. Using it's CTR tracker I tested thumbnails, made modifications, and saw a video 10x in views

This really is a great tool that does what it says it does. The testing options are really comprehensive. I find the option for hourly A/B testing particularly useful. The ability to test headlines / thumbnails separately or together is very handy and blows the options YouTube gives creators out of the water. Highly recommend.

I noticed an almost instant chance after my first two tests. I designed multiple thumbnails to see what would work best and move from there. I noticed an improvement in not only my community watch time but also non subscriber watch time and views. It was insane to see a turn around like that in just 24 hours. I will 100% keep using this platform.
