Good luck trying to cancel subscription if outside USA. If I could make it 0 I would
If I could make it 0 I would. I signed up to Keap (now Thryv) with the intention of it being my lead management tool. I no longer have need for the tool, never ended up using it and have been trying to cancel. I wasnt able to do it via the online portal, the help section walks through a series of steps that do not apply with my configuration. I then called their Australian contact number (that is where I am based). They couldnt cancel they could only give me the contact for the US number I needed to call to cancel. It being the middle of the night I wasnt able to do that. I then found a way via Thryv's website to lodge a request to cancel. They then submit the request to a "Customer SUccess Manager". I made it clear before they did this I had zero interest in any discounts etc I just wanted to cancel. Still the customer sucess manager reaches out by email to me with a link to book a time, the majority of which are time slots in the middle of the night! I am now having to wait for a call on Saturday morning my time at 7:30am so I can tell this person what I have already requested online. Terrible customer service. I have no idea as to the product's quality as I haven't used it and no longer have need for it.

We’re sorry for the challenges you’ve experienced. We’ve requested your contact information privately through Trustpilot so we can locate your account and look into your cancellation request. Thank you for bringing this experience to our attention. Your feedback about the cancellation process for clients outside the U.S. is also valuable and something we’ll share with the appropriate team.
