They have bee charging our company for the printed phone books for years and noone even gets the printed phone book anymore. I think they should have to reinburse us for the money we have given them. I don't know anyone in the state of Tennessee that still gets the printed phone book. They just steeling money from their clients. Then call to cancel and they say oh you have to wait until the next book comes out there is not book coming out. Bad Company period.

Thryv did little to promote my business, and we never had a single client who identified them as their referral source. When my business shut down due to a property sale, they refused to let me out of the last few months of my digital contract, in spite of me completing the required forms and clearly showing them a closed website and a building that was occupied by a different business. In fact I cannot identify a single benefit that my business received by using them.

Absolutely worst option to go for. They say they will sit with you on a monthly basis and discuss the results which they never did the first month no response was made to contact me. They don’t even give you time to read the contract terms and conditions they just want to sign you up and get your money . If they don’t show progress what’s the point of selling there product . If any one looking to get thru I would suggest them there are other sources and platforms which offers free of cost which are trust worthy and do not sign up if you want to save money . I signed up for their minimum 6-month program. It was a waste of money! I paid over $1,300 for 'supposed' premium Internet exposure. My business volume actually declined. They promised to check with me monthly to ask how I was doing. They never checked with me! After five months, they tell me they never check with customers on a monthly basis! They are so dedicated and nice - until you sign up. Do not trust Thryv to improve your business!

My agency has been customers of thrive for the past 4 years paying thousands of dollars in that time period. We recently found out we've been operating on an old platform and did not have access to several features that newer clients had access to. It wasn't until a recent meeting with Alejandro Rodriguez-Medina that we set up to discuss concerns with the platform that we were told the resolution for most of our concerns were added to the 5.0 version released at the start of 2024 we weren't made aware of these updates replacing our inbox with a command center until the end of January 2025. We have lost potentially thousands of dollars of revenue while operating on an old outdated platform. It seems that thryv saves the best features for their newer clientele and leaves their loyal clientel out to dry.

I been advertising for over 20 years With them I only got calls only SA Australian in the local book that was printed only to find out thay stop printing the book over 4 years ago in Adelaide In my invoice thay send me are digital advertising and local book print charges There still charging me $38 a Month for add it up over $400 a year over charging advertising in the book printing and the don't exist any more what a ripped off And don't get nothing from advertising with them used to be good 10 years ago...and try to cancel I contact them last week thay said the special lists will contact me in 48 hours no call back I looked on complainants about them so many people trying to cancel but thay don't just keep charging that I found building my own Web site costing $250 a year my business jumped up 70 % more And iam getting calls all over Australia More customer s So the digital advertising is good if you advertising yourself with a self made site

You lied, stop lying to your customers

I signed on with Thryv last November and had one month of dedication and good experience, however my business actually performed worse than before. I’ve had empty promise after empty promise. They can send 10 emails to remind you to review one thing but they email once with an invoice that will be direct debited one month later. They’ve not once communicated my terms or contract after asking multiple times. I emailed with a cancellation request after my most recent direct debit payment left me unable to pay for rent this month. I haven’t heard anything from anyone. Maybe I’ll get a response here?
