Prompt shipping and rarely has issues. The only time something was actually forgotten I got a refund within a couple days. Really wish there was more Kek branded stuff and merchandise for throwlights in general. I want to rep my favorite site!

I Ordered a incomplete set of gloves and a couple hours later I was emailed saying that I didn't have all the parts to complete my order. My first order I had paid for fast shipping so when I found out it was incomplete I thought damn I need to pay for another fast shipping. A day goes by and I noticed that I was refunded for my whole 2nd purchase pretty much. So I thought I would just have a incomplete glove set for the event I was going to But couple days later the gloves came in with everything in the package the whole set So they put all the stuff I forgot to order in with no charge.

Got my package a day before originally quoted AND during Dreamstate weekend? Fabulous work 🙏🏽

Sorry to hear about this negative experience! Admittedly the Skeleton Ke-Diffusers can appear to have stringing as it's a delicate print and difficult to get just right when printing in TPU. However- they should look just fine, and very cool when they're inside the gloves! We're making a move to have our most of our products conventionally manufactured in order to ensure more consistent results. The reboot casings on the other hand should be a perfect fit and I'm sorry to hear you're not experiencing that. I'll reach out to you by email - I'd be more than happy to send you replacements!
