I just signed up for Thrivetheme and it has crashed my website, thanks ThriveTheme. I now have a critical error and can't access my WordPress dashboard. I went into my Thrivetheme account to deactivate the program and when I clicked on my program in my back office I got taken back to the Thrivetheme home page asking me to buy the product again. The customer service is horrendous I have emailed four times with no reply. I have also had the pleasure of chatting with an AI chatbot calling itself Theme Support Assistant which it is not.

I have been with Thrive themes for years. They are constantly innovating and getting better. Even if you don't know much you get videos and blogs and explanations for everything and their customer service is for the most part really good.

Thrives helped me migrating in a theme, where we had some errors. Great help!

The platform is great. I checked it out for a month and than ask for a refund because I wasn’t ready to go online and they responded me in an hour and sent the money back. I will use Thrive when I’ll be ready to start my business.

I'm new to Wordpress and a business mentor recommend Thrive Suite to build my website. Turned out it was a great decision. It's fairly easy to use, they have a vast amount of tutorials on their website and any time I had technical issues the customer service replied quickly and was very helpful.
