The support team at Thrive is great! I contacted them about an issue I'd been battling with for ages (to do with deleting custom colours that keep getting replicated every time we clone a site for a client). They looked into it, figured out how to resolve my issue and made me a screencast video so I can replicate the fix on other websites too. So helpful!

Der Support bei Thrive ist richtig klasse. Innerhalb weniger Stunden bekomme ich in der Regel ein kompetente Antwort oder Lösung auf mein Problem. Regelmäßig wird die Software aktualisiert und neue Features werden implementiert, was mir das Leben als Webdesigner enorm erleichtert und die Arbeit effizienter gestalten lässt. Natürlich - wo gehobelt wird, fallen Späne. So liegt es in der Sache der Natur, dass sich auch manchmals Fehler und Bugs in die Updates einschleichen. Jeoch werden diese immer zügig behoben und ich fühle mich als Kunde sicher und gut aufgehoben. Da weiß ich: hier ist jeder Cent richtig gut investiert.
