I am enjoying how easy it is to set up my new website, it's still a learning curve, but the support is responsive, clear and helpful. Even though it's more than I've paid for other themes, Thrive offers so much more, and it's worth every dollar so far.

The support team at Thrive is unmatched and unrivaled. They helped me with a whole bunch of issues. They are not your average customer service employees, they are all experts in their fields who go above and beyond in helping you resolve your issues. They intervened repeatedly directly in my website and helped modify some things that were going wrong. However, thrive theme is quite expensive at $600 running per year. If this amount were a one time purchase it would be understandable, but it's subscription model is not very affordable...

My problem was resolved very quickly. Period. In addition, the procedure was explained very well so that I could follow it step by step. Many thanks to the great team.
