The support team at Thrive Themes is absolutely outstanding. They respond quickly, with clear and helpful answers, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It's rare to find such a dedicated and efficient support service!

Customer support for Thrive has been great. When I ask a question, they actually create video "how to's" from my own site for me, so I learn exactly what is needed to do on my site. Outstanding! I'm learning so much about Thrive and they are happy to hold my hand.

I've been a Thrive Theme's customer for almost 5 years so far and the whole experience has been wonderful. Their products are fantastic and also had very good support when I needed it.

The support is technically competent and helpful. Response time is within a few hours during the normal working week.

There are not enough words to express how powerful the support is with Thrive Themes! I recently had an issue with my site -- my hosting company was basically useless -- so I went to Support with Thrive Themes -- and wow! Mwanaidi, from tech support, was responsive, patient with my lack of 'techiness', and most important of all, the problems are now fixed! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!! This is just one of many reasons I absolutely love Thrive Themes!!

I’m absolutely thrilled with Thrive Support. Technically top-notch, with incredibly fast response times. My support cases are taken seriously—not just handled superficially, but thoroughly investigated and even solved remotely. Simply sensational. Thrive Themes has been and remains my number one WordPress theme for years—100% recommended!

Kenneth is an outstanding tech guy. He responded to my inquiry quickly and pointed (very graciously) the operator error. The operator was me, and; I made a mistake that he was right on in bringing to my attention, without making me wrong! A really good people skill, in addition to his technical skills.

Nathan was entirely helpful. My need was/is to understand what Thrive does and where it needs augmentation. i.e. using a service such as Aweber. I'm guessing Trustpilot is the support system. Seeing that name caused a little confusion. This is, however, a Thrive issue rather than a Nathan issue. Nathan did everything quite well. It is Thrive that needs to make sure the Trustpilot name is put front and centre so clients recognise it later in an email. Writing this review was easy and straightforward. That Trustpilot requires me to create an account to submit the review is offensive. I have no desire for an account with Trustpilot. You're welcome to ask for my contact information, but requiring me to make an account is a step too far.
