Thrive ThemesReviews of thrivethemes.com

Very quick responses to support requests – and the responses and actions are thorough and solve the problems.

I have been using Thrive for five years, and have continuously been happy with the quality of both their products and their support. I exclusively use Thrive as my builder for all my website clients and have built probably over 30 websites with Thrive.

I can’t say enough good things about Shafin on the Thrive Themes support team. He is truly a star employee—every interaction with him is a standout experience. Shafin never rushes through a support ticket and always takes the time to genuinely review the issue at hand. If something requires a closer look, he lets you know and keeps you informed rather than leaving you hanging. What really sets Shafin apart is that he never just sends you a link to generic procedures and expects you to figure it out. If a situation needs extra attention, he goes above and beyond by creating personalized Loom recordings that walk you through the solution step by step. That level of care and clarity is rare in support. Every time I’m lucky enough to have Shafin handle my ticket, it’s a 100/10 experience. Thrive Themes is fortunate to have him on their team, and I always feel confident my issue will be resolved quickly and thoroughly. Exceptional support, every time.

Great to get a timely response and issues solved the next day. So key during webdevelopment!
