Just so everyone knows
Just so everyone knows , this company is NOT USA based . They use addresses in the United States for contact info but come from China , hence the horrible quality .

Threadless is a US based company (we've been located in Chicago for the past 20 years!) and for the most part, all of our products are shipping from US locations. However, we do have one product- our shoes- that are not shipped from the US and do come directly from our production location in China. It sounds like your purchase was likely for that item. image peeled off like a sticker
I bought two graphic tees for my boyfriends birthday and they came in such poor quality (even though I paid for the most expensive quality listed). It feels like he won’t be able to wash them without the image getting ruined. Actually, you can literally peel off the image from the shirt. I trusted this company and would buy from them all the time. I would order because I knew the quality was good. Now they’ve lost me. I won’t be buying from them ever again. This shift in quality is not only harmful to the business but the artist selling their designs. I wouldn’t want my art work slapped on like a sticker on a poor quality tee.

disappointed in the quality of your “protective” masks
i purchased three masks on july 3 and received two of them today,7/25. hope the third one arrives soon so i can return them all at once. since my tee shirts are good quality i expected the same. not so ... the masks are made of flimsy see through cotton knit and hang off my face. there’s nothing about them that will protect anyone from covid-19. very disappointed and want a credit when i return with your return label.

Masks are a waste of cash
Their single sized masks are incredibly small an don't remotely cover an adult male.

While the face masks were designed with universal sizing in mind, we completely understand the sizing may not work for all human heads and face shapes. While we’d love to add a larger sizes in the future, we currently only have the standard and youth sizes available. Covid-19 or Excuses-19
Beware do not order anything from this company they have is the absolute worst customer service I think I've ever experienced in my life when you have an issue you have to email them about your issue then you get a reply 4 to 7 business days and they'll ask you a question you reply you have to wait another 4to7 business days for that answer. I was promised all kinds of gifts and goodies because my order was lost and because of covid-19 I'm not sure what covid-19. has to do with the order very simple order three face mask the day I ordered it they took $65 out of my bank account a month-and-a-half later never received the merchandise ask for refund so I get a response oh guess what now it's going to take up to a month for them to refund it please I'm just letting you know be very very careful when ordering something from them because customer service is not their number one priority

save your money! trash fire of a company
Ordered two 24x36 prints from Threadless for $65 each. The product description states that each print will have a 1” border. One print is great but the other print they sent me is just a 17x23 print on a 24x36 piece of paper, and on top of that the print is messed up at the top. Did I really pay an extra $30 over what they charge for an 18x24 print to receive an extra large border??? I immediately contacted customer service via their website, and have received no reply in 4 days. on social media they respond saying “they’ll look into it” and also do literally nothing about it. if you’re going to order from them, just understand that if anything is messed up, you will be left holding the bag.

A large order (for me) was an unusable one
Excited to order masks for my adult children, partner, parents, and a few friends, I bought one mask for each of us, for a total of 12. I selected patterns that I thought suited their identities in some form. It was a fun process. When the dozen arrived, I was horrified to find that they didn't fit on my face, and I do not have an unusually large distance between my nose and chin, or ear to ear. The fabric was too short, not allowing my nose to be covered if my chin was to be. And the elastic straps were so short that my ears were pulled forward like Dopey Dwarf. In the hopes that I was doing something wrong, in the days that followed, I tried them on a few more times, but unfortunately with the same disappointment. Not sure why a company that has such wonderful graphics, doesn't care about their products design. They are unusable.
