Man, I was really hoping their prints were getting better. I've bought shirts from threadless in the past. Some of them are holding up nicely, they stopped doing their signature blue inseam.... that's when I noticed the shirts were different and that they had to be outsourcing prints to different companies. I gave them another shot and tried their sublimation tees. As I knew the print wasn't going to be perfect because of the process, I didn't think they would be complete prints on white shirts... The under part of the sleeve looks horrible... I guess the fabric folded over and the print wasn't applied in that area. I feel like this could have been avoided on some of the simpler prints, like the constellation pattern shirt I bought in this batch. Just seems like white ink could have been applied to a blue shirt... I'm really disappointed. My boyfriend sent me photos... I haven't been able to judge them for myself but he says the material is uncomfortable and seems like a nurse's smock... I'm very scared to go home and see them. I'm hoping that I'll be able to keep the shirts despite the print issues. If not, I guess I'll be sending these back and just forgetting Threadless exists.

I bought multiple shirts from threadless at least 2-3 years ago and they were tip top quality. I love the shirts I bought and the designs I bought are all still being printed because of their popularity. 2 months ago we go ahead and buy some shirts. The quality was terrible and we complained, their policy is no returns but they will refund or give you another shirt for free. This part of their policy is fantastic. We then ordered two matching shirts, my wife and I. Hers came in the right color tone and mine looked like a dark grey tone had been masked over it. I complained and they checked the art file and sent me another one. It was the same issue! My wife's shirt looks fantastic and mine was so different you could notice it a mile away. Then, they tell me they have to fix the art file and that they couldn't give me that shirt. They offered me another shirt replacement. At this point I have 3 shirts all of which look like bad quality crap even though they are designs I really liked. I'm now waiting the eternity it takes for the replacement to come. We'll see if this one is right. I hope it is because this is getting tiring. 1 star for quality of shirts. 3 stars for them trying to make it right. I'll average it around 2.

I was not blown away by the quality of the shirts, they felt cheapish and for the price I was not impressed. Definitely overpriced. The real problem though is how long it takes to ship, make sure you give yourself a good 20+ days to receive any product from them. Most online retailers ship right away and I've found it takes almost 8 days for them to ship a t-shirt, not worth it! I ordered a sweater from Tipsy Elves the same night I ordered a t-shirt from Threadless and it was delivered 5 days before the Threadless t-shirt even shipped.

I ordered a shirt and never got it, I waited a while. I called and told me I would get it at the end of the week. So I waited, 2 weeks past I called and they said they lost it!!! Why tell me one thing and than say they lost it. Was so mad, now waiting for a refund.

Have bought from Threadless a few times, LOVING the T-shirts, became quite a regular customer, recommending to friends... BUT this last time they really let me down, I bought 2 T-shirts and a hoody for my sister in the UK, paid $16.50 for postage expecting no dramas. HOWEVER she didn't receive them, just a slip from customs saying she has to pay a further $25 in customs fees to receive the T-shirts!!!! Have contacted them to try and resolve as I feel it is very unfair to pay $41.50 in both post, packaging, handling fees and customs fees... BUT they pretty much told me that thats how it is and 'TOUGH' which I think is a really poor way to deal with this issue. I WOULD NOT recommend ever buying from Threadless due to these costs, Great T-shirts but disappointing shipping and handling costs, not worth it in the end!

I ordered a package and paid extra to get it on 4-8 business days. That hasn't happen, which is fine. That can happen to any company. The thing is that it is mostly late because they took 4 working days to even give it to the shipping company. When I asked for a waiver for the extra money that I paid to get them in time. they replied shipping wasn't guaranteed . I get that you can't guarantee that customs won't hold the package. But this was their fault!I feel like I've been taken for an idiot by paying extra for nothing! And they just don't take responsibility. Now I got a 10$ coupon as if that covered the cost . It doesn't!, it just forces me to buy from them again. And I don't want to, I want my money back! . I paid extra precisely because every time I order something it takes two to three months. Thumbs down threadless!
