So impressed by the customer service of Threadless! 3 times I've had issues. The first time, I ordered a shirt and it came with a little damage. Not a huge amount, but I was giving it as a gift and I wanted it to be pristine. I wrote to them and asked if I could exchange it. Their response? Keep it, and they'd send me another brand new one at no cost. Wow! Second time, my husband had an issue with a shirt he bought. He washed it and the screenprint faded a bit. He wrote them and their response was the same...keep it, and they'd send another one. Free of charge. The second one washed much better! Finally, this Christmas I ordered a shirt for my niece. It came and was much too small. Her mom said a men's shirt would fit her better. So I wrote and asked them if I could exchange the women's shirt for a men's one instead. Their response? You guessed it! Keep the shirt and they'd send a new men's one in the size she wanted for free. So impressed!! So if you order from Threadless, feel reassured. If there is something wrong with your order, they will fix it!! Wish every company had customer service this good. I'm a loyal customer now and am happy to support them!

I have bought several t-shirts from Threadless and have been very happy. One that I bought recently I wasn't happy with (it's some sort of airbrush thing). I contacted customer service and they explained that it is the expected quality for the type of shirt but gave me a full refund in store credit without me having to send back the t-shirt.

I don't understand all these bad reviews.. we've been shopping with Threadless for years, and we are always impressed with their designs and softness of their shirts. Recently, I noticed that their sizing seems to have changed from previous years, and I contacted customer service about it, they were very helpful with fixing the problem. I will continue to be a loyal Threadless customer!!

i received a Threadless hoodie that was printed wrong (print was too near the top of the garment and was partially covered by the hood). A customer service person responded very promptly to my email, and sent me a replacement hoodie at no charge. She also sent me a coupon for a free $10 purchase at Threadless! It was too bad that my first hoodie was defective, but Threadless's good customer service more than made up for it.

Le site possède pas mal de designs très sympas. Les prix sont vraiment chers, mais il suffit d'attendre qu'ils soient en promo. 2 t-shirts achetés, la qualité est au rendez-vous, les délais de livraison corrects.

Because of capacity problems with a new vendor to print the shirts, I only received a part of my order. The other shirts can be here any time now. Yes, it's a pity that the shirts are late, but they constantly gave me new information about their problems and gave me a 25,- gift code. Because I don't live in the US, this gift code isn't really useful. The cost of shipment is a little bit high to order just 1 shirt. They offered me another solution that IS useful. They have a GREAT customer service and I have all the confidence it'll be alright!!

The print is vibrant and it looks just like the picture. It did take quite some time to arrive, but I live in Europe so that's understandable, and it was also stated on the website that it could take a couple weeks. All in all nothing to complain about.
