Friendly costumer service
There were a problem with the products i received, but after some mails with the (super friendly and quick to reply) costumer service, we found a good solution.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I will recommend Threadless to all my friends. They were wonderful to work with. I had ordered shirts for everyone in my family trying to stock up during one of their great sales. I hastily put the wrong size on all of the shirts I would be wearing. When the first package arrived I tried them on, they were just a tad too small. I was worried they would shrink even more. I was bummed think that I would be in a bind, because my order was no small order. But, when I contacted Threadless they immediately sent out replacements in the size I needed. BAM! Just like that. Love it! Highly recommended. Their selection bank is huge as well. The whole family enjoyed finding their perfect shirts.

Terrific: Lost package replaced
My package got lost in the mail and Threadless replaced immediately without additional cost. Very quick and friendly service.

Outstanding after-sales support
Outstanding after-sales support from the customer service team (Artist Shop Support). Patient and understanding with my requests for clarification as to why parcel shipping was taking so long (DHL issue). Am extremely satisfied with the quality of help given to me and will vouch for the calibre of their service staff!

Good quality, unique shirts!
Good quality, unique tees - I ordered 6 for various family members. I even ordered a duplicate on accident and they immediately got back to me about it and refunded the money.

Great customer service
I ordered the wrong size tshirts for my son and Threadless are going to send out replacement tshirts at no cost to me. What wonderful customer service. They responded quickly to my enquiry and are so easy to communicate with. The other tshirts are the same great quality I've always had from their tshirts.
