I don't order much online these days…
I don't order much online these days and I've never not had to ship something back when ordering an exchange. I will be happy to give the shirts away to a small friend!

What an amazing response!
What an amazing response! I ordered a few shirts that were too big and they are sending me new sizes, no charge and also told me to donate or gift the other shirts. So great! Thanks Threadless!

This is why I love Threadless
Threadless is the best for a lot of reasons. In my case after purchase some awesome t-shirts, my delivery was lost due to a human mistake. After they were noticed, they helped me to find a solution very fast making me a very happy customer.

If I could rate this company any higher…
If I could rate this company any higher I would - let's call it "5 Stars with a bullet!" I had an issue that was was resolved so quickly and professionally that THIS is now my Go-To site for cool t-shirts. If you are looking for a company that still believes in old fashioned customer service, look no further!
