Threadless is amazing! I ordered a bunch of shirts for both of my kids and myself. The printing was fantastic, but the shirts were smaller than expected for my kiddos. I reached out about exchanging them and they put in a new order right away. They are so wonderful to work with and I love their huge selection of interesting art.

I've been buying beautiful, funny shirts from Threadless for 10 years and I never had an issue, just enjoyed wearing my shirts. This year, we ordered a hoodie for my son, and when it arrived it fit smaller than expected. I left a comment, thinking to help other customers when choosing their size. But the Threadless team jumped into action, asking for more feedback, and then responded by sending us a larger hoodie at no cost. Amazing customer service backing up their most excellent products.

The customer service is really amazing. I was looking to buy funny T-shirts, and found several websites to choose from. I chose Threadless because of their selection, but also because I read great reviews about their customer service. I am so glad I did because I had to call upon them, and they made it SO easy, customer-centered, and hassle free. I was right in between two sizes, and decided to size-up (having been burned in the past with other purchases that shrank or turned out to run super small). Unfortunately it turned out that I should have gone with the smaller size. They had already sent me a direct email which I could reply to with any issues, which is standard for them. I didn't have to hunt around for how to contact them. I wrote back to them. In less than a day, a customer service representative wrote back and replaced the T-shirt's at the correct size. I didn't even have to go thru the hassle of sending them back. I was also extremely impressed by the quality of the shirts - the prints are colorful, the fabric is soft, and the colors were even more saturated than what I expected, it's lovely!
