Closing Shop
I just removed all of my products from their site and I'll be looking elsewhere for this type of service. The site is awful, slow, and confusing. I was willing to overlook that if the products they produced were good. I've ordered 3 t-shirts and only 1 of them turned out as expected. One shirt had my business logo smeared and the one I received today, my logo was very obviously crooked. I don't mean if you knit pick. It was obvious up close and at a distance. After looking through these reviews, I can see that they have a quality control issue that has been going on for a while and rather than fix the issue, they asked to have the shirts sent back for reprint. 2 out of 3 shirts is not minor. That's bad business. I'm not making my customers go through that. The material of their basic t-shirt is tissue thin. It feels and looks like the shirts people would sell outside of concerts, selling them for $10 instead of the $30 you would have paid inside the venue, only it turns out they are unofficial and cheap prints. My biggest disappointment is that I had a shirt specifically designed so that customer who buy them would have my profits donated directly to Planned Parenthood. Poor quality and poor quality control has lead me to shut down an avenue for people to donate to a good cause. I'm embarrassed as a business owner whose products are always at the highest possible quality. It cheapens me and it cheapens my business. There's no excuse for this and nothing will make me come back.

Hi David, Thanks so much for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear your order wasn't a great experience for you. We would love to be able to make this right. A reprint should definitely fix the smudging and off-centered print and we would love to get you a replacement order that we know you'll be happy with . We have a less than 2% error rate, but we know that sometimes less than perfect prints slip out. Because of this, we appreciate the opportunity to take your feedback back to our print team so we can educate and work to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future. However, I wasn't able to locate your user account or order to contact you further. Would you be able to email us at [email protected] with more info? We'd also love the opportunity to learn from your shop interactions, hear about how we can improve from it, and also see what we can do to help remedy your order and make this a better experience for you. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention and we look forward to hearing more.
