Update: Second lot of T-Shirts did the same thing
I recently bought 9 t-shirts from Threadless. Something went wrong with the printing process, and the quality was not very good (designs weren't set properly and peeled). At first I was disappointed and thought I had just wasted my money. I reached out to their customer service team and was pleasantly surprised when they were more than willing to help me out. After sending some photos through, they organised replacement t-shirts to be sent out immediately and free of charge. Sometimes mistakes happen - it's how you handle those mistakes with your customers that make or break you as a business. Happy to say that Threadless did a great job, and I feel totally comfortable ordering from them in the future, and recommending them to you here on TrustPilot. Rest assured that if you happen to be one of the unlucky 2% that experience a printing issue (bound to happen at the scale they're working at) they will sort it out for you with no hassle. Thanks Threadless staff (In particular Julie Anna) for your awesome assistance. Update: My replacement shirts arrived. Threadless assured me that they were quality checked before going out, and that my problem absolutely wouldn't happen again. Well, I washed the shirts once and they all peeled. I didn't bother contacting Threadless again because I don't want a replacement (I know they'll do the same thing), I also don't want a refund because I've had two lots of shirts and getting them for free seems wrong. Disappointing to say the least. Won't be getting my business again unfortunately. The designs are awesome and I really wanted to love these shirts.

Hello Bree, Thanks for the updated review and details about your experience, and we're sorry to hear that has been the case for you. The prints should definitely not peel after washing so it seems like something is not holding up there. Julie Anna from our team is reaching out to you now to further resolve this and we've escalated your input and experience with our print teams to see what we can do to prevent this from happening moving forward. Thank you again for letting us know and we apologize for the less than stellar experience.
