If I could leave 0 stars I would
If I could leave 0 stars I would. A website that allows you to pay extra for EXPEDITED shipping, should deliver. Telling me that "in the fine print" at checkout there was a clause that states a 2-5 day processing time is completely unacceptable. Don't offer $20 expedited shipping then!! Had I have seen that I wouldn't even have completed my order. Now I don't have the item I was expecting by the time I needed it, and customer service instead of helping rectify the situation, just told me to deal with it for the most part. Will never order from this site again.

While everything is made to order and typically takes a few days to ship, our print facilities have been pretty speedy as of late so we're hopeful your order shipped much sooner than expected. How does one ACTUALLY get in touch with…
How does one ACTUALLY get in touch with Threadless? I placed an order 3 weeks ago. There have been no order tracking updates for the last two weeks! They do not respond to any emails or enquiries. Thresdless Team: either give your customers the frigging update they need or give us a refund!!

It’s time for a change
I first bought from Threadless over a decade ago. T-shirts I bought then are in much better shape than the ones I bought in recent years. It’s such a pity they dropped the quality. It’s time to fix the quality issues and regain the trust of your customers. Update 2023: I sent photos to support at the time of this review. They said they would send replacement tees. They never arrived. I didn’t bother following up as they have completely lost my trust. Really a shame as the designs are great. Wish there was a competitor. I’d pay good money for quality shirts with these designs. I saw their T-shirts worn by Abed in Community. Such a lost opportunity here to be something great. An amazing company gone bad :(

bad product, no customer help
I put up my designs and ordered a few to make sure my customers would be getting a good product. the colors and sizes came in wrong. when i reached out to the site for help they asked me some questions, and after i answered them they never responded again even after i continued to reach out to them.

The quality is terrible now!
The quality is terrible, compared to the shirts I bought from them a few years ago. Print is cracking and lifting after just one wash--inside out, cold water, delicate cycle, and in a delicates wash-bag at that! It was even hung to dry, and not placed in the tumble dryer. I could not have treated this shirt more delicately and it's already worse for wear. Will not be buying from them again.

From a designer’s perspective these shirts are terrible
The actual shirts are good quality but the printing is really terrible. As an artist I’ve ordered samples of my designs from a lot of different companies and this printing quality is by far the worst. My designs are very clean and line-based with flat colors so they should print easily. On Threadless tees they are blurry, the colors are off and the image size on the shirts is way different than the website shows. Why have a resizing option if you can’t control the size? I won’t be ordering from here again. There are places which cost a little more but the printing is infinitely better.

Print started peeling after first wash…
Print started peeling after first wash of my new T-shirts. I've got some thredless shirts 6+ years old and the print is holing up better. They seem to have turned dodgy now.

Warning
Warning! Their product looks like it's a spencers fake. Do not buy from these people. Bought 2 tshirts that are a poor quality print that took 2 months to arrive.
