Writing a new review as I finally received my shirts. I originally ordered my 5 shirts on the 26th of April and they finally shipped to me on May 30th. When I had ordered them, it made no mentions of them being backed up, so it said it would have a 5-10 day processing time. After looking back at the site 3 weeks later, it did say to expect delays but they had that information tucked away, and it also said it would inform you if your order would be affected, I never heard from them until I messaged them myself and they gave me an impersonal message about things being backlogged. Now as for the quality, I would have given them a higher review despite the lack of communication and the more than double processing time, but it's honestly pretty bad. I have another shirt, from the artist Hillary White, from a different source, so I was hoping to have a shirt of the same quality. The shirts I received looked very washed out and faded in comparison, and the material it was printed with feels very flimsy, thin, and cheap. I am worried that when I wash them, they'll fade even more and just turn into a white blob. So all-in-all. I am very disappointed and would recommend getting your shirts and all else, elsewhere.

If I could rate this lower I would! This is long, if you haven’t the stomach for that, let this be your take away. Threadless is a RIP OFF! I’ve been in the tattoo industry for over 16 years and have made many a shirt card and promo product using internet upload platforms. This is BY FAR the worst! When you upload your artwork there are never any indications of any print issues that may arise, nothing is proofed in the warehouse and as a Result one of my designs was sent to 2 customers not once but twice! The quality of the print was inexcusably bad part of it didn’t print (again no indication of this when I uploaded the artwork) and part of the design was entirely cut off (again no indication of this even with the example that is shown on the website. The quality of the clothing is poor at best and when my customers who were so nice to buy shirts in a pandemic to support an artist (which is a joke considering you make 10$ off a 50$ hoodie) We’re given the run around and sent out A second batch of embarrassingly bad prints! Now all I can do is hope they will at this point after spending so much time revising the design and a good 20 emails back and forth with customer support refund the purchases and honor their “satisfaction guarantee” I’ll keep you all posted!

I was a long time customer of Threadless from their early beginning. I currently own over a hundred T shirts from them (call me an addict); some sweatshirts, and offered baby stuff whenever a friend add a new kid. At first the fabric were super strong, not fading. They were made in the US and were quality (I'm French so I don't really care where they're done, just that they're quality. That was before. Now the T-shirts are ridiculously made, colors fade, the fabric is very low, and all at the same time, regular prices have increased a lot more than you would think. This enterprise used to be cool, designer oriented, fun (as were the presentations of shirts). Now it's just another business, much less about the design and fun than about the immediate profit. Guess the owners have changed and they are tanking it. I don't write this review to tank threadless more, its current owner are doing it really well. I just wonder what the original owners and workers are doing right because i want to follow them, not the threadless brand.

We ordered 4 Masks (all same design) After 3 weeks I email them, reply was less than useless (either the person replying did not understand English or replied via an online translator) I again email them, Re:-second email, I never received a reply.. Masks finally arrived (3 of our required design -1 rogue design) Masks are cheapo material and WELL OVERPRICED,,our local fuel station sells better masks for under $3.. I am requesting a Return Label & A Refund..

Threadless used to be pretty solid but I wouldn't dream of buying from them these days as products simply don't get delivered and their "no questions asked" policy is a joke

I ordered four masks. When I ordered them, it is clearly stated that they may take as long as 20 days to be printed and delivered. Thirty seven days later they were finally delivered. They are so small they seem intended for a child. I can either have my nose, including the bridge or my mouth, covered. Not both. I used to love Threadless. How much more would it have cost to use another inch of material? So sad.

I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of the masks I recieved, as well as the quality of service recieved. We ordered four masks, at $17 dollars a mask. With that price point we expected decent quality and expedient shipping. Instead it took over a MONTH to even ship, and when it finally arrived we were severely disappointed in the quality and fit. The masks run a bit small and are rediculously thin. (You can see through them...) Also, there is no nose wire along the top edge, so there are two big air gaps on either side of your nose thus providing absolutely 0% protection... How this meets the CDC guidelines in any shape or form is beyond reasoning, and for how much I paid for them I feel cheated. I highly doubt I would receive a credit or refund for this, as when I reached out multiple times regarding the status of my order I kept receiving between generic canned-responses, or no response at all. Rather than go through that process again, I think I will just not order from here again and cut my losses.
