I ordered a hoodie for Xmas. I know I ordered a male 3xl size. I checked it twice. I received a femail S size hoodie. The print on the hoodie not even look like on the website. Smaller and you see the pixels on it. I wrote an email for the exchange, but they don't do it. They can give me a 40% off for the next purchase. No thanks! I'm so disappointed!

Great customer service when an issue came up! Chris Goodwin was amazing at getting back to me, aces all round. Edit: Realized the shirt material is really bad. Coarse and irritating low quality cotton. It's pilling already after one wash. The printed design is starting to flake off, it's a huge shame since the design itself is amazing. For the price of the shirt, I had expected a higher quality soft cotton material. I got two shirts and both are the same poor quality. Feels like a rip-off, shame because their customer service is great.

Because of feedback like yours, since your order, Threadfox has largely transitioned into using the Canvas brand premium ringspun cotton garments. These garment fabrics are currently the most premium option used in the printing industry today. We have also not changed the pricing on these upgraded garments either. :) We see that our customer service team has reached out to you to remedy the issue you had faced back in August, but we did not receive any response. Took them a month and a half to ship me a mug. Finally received it. Box isn't labeled fragile and there is no padding in the box so the mug arrived broken. The mug also wasn't even close to the picture. Absolutely awful.

Hello Andy, Thank you for leaving a review! We have reviewed your order and customer service requests. It looks like you sent us a photograph of the broken item, and on the same day we placed a new order for you free of cost to be made and shipped to you at a higher priority. Unfortunately mail carriers will sometimes mishandle packages to the point where the item can experience damage, even in this case, when it is packaged in a form fitted specialty box, fragile label notwithstanding. On the bright side, this happens to a very small number of packages, and it looks like your replacement mug arrived without any issues. We hope you have been enjoying your new mug! I ordered a shirt two weeks ago (Dec 16) with a hope and a prayer it'd make it here by Christmas. As the day draws closer it dawns on me that I'm going to have to tell my boyfriend his gift isn't here yet on Christmas. This morning (Dec 26) I woke up to an email saying my order has been canceled! "because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order"!! BS. How do you not know how many shirts you have and be unable to order more/limit the quantity people can buy online??? It's ridiculous. Don't order from threadfox otherwise they'll just cancel your order (and now the shirt I wanted is off the website completely!). At least I got a refund but this is so so disappointing for me and my boyfriend this Christmas.

I ordered a shirt Dec 1,2018. I have yet to receive it! I emailed them 12.10 asking when the item would be shipped. The lady emailed me back saying within 1-3days it will be shipped out. Here we are 12.20 with nothing! Horrible experience. Never again!

I bought a t shirt from Threadfox and it just arrived in the mail 07/13/18. I'm a big guy and i ordered a 3xl Mr Meeseeks target training. The t shirt is definitely not a 3XL more like an XL. I reached out to customer service to be refunded or maybe get a much larger size shirt. Customer service said "Unfortunately your order is no longer eligible for cancellation/return as it has been successfully produced and shipped. Threadfox is a custom made to order store, and because we do not hold an inventory, we are unable to process cancellations or returns once an order is in stage". So basically it says buy our product but if there's an issue with it and you want to return or cancel the order too bad. I recommend not to buy their products and i never will again. Enjoy my 28 dollars Threadfox that will be the last bit of money you will get from me.
