I ordered a Thoson Quarry kit for my grandson. He loved it and the parts were easy to assemble and sturdy. Unfortunately he's just a little too young to manage the dexterity of the train on the track. I requested a refund and they responded immediately with an agreeable 50% refund that allowed me to keep the kit until he grew into it. I also had a couple questions during setup and they respond promptly and courteously.

This is a scam company!! They don’t deserve 1 star! My attorney is filing against them unless they refund my order.false advertisement saying 30 day money back guarantee. It was a piece of junk and it does not work! They will not reply to my emails now. BEWARE!!

Thoson Kids sent me a defective toy; the "Homekey" brand: Track; Load Traxk Set for kids ages 3 and up. The main "engine" that is needed to work the toy was defective. They had me send a video and run through hoops to get their attention. They delayed for over nine days without approving a return. I have eight emails where they say they "Hear me loud and clear," but have done nothing. If you buy from Thoson, you better hope the product is what you thought, because you will be stuck with it.

Deliver the product. I ordered on Aug 20,2026. It is September 13th and I still don't have my product. All I have is an email saying " on the way " . Not acceptable. I really want the product for my great grandchildren , but I will never be ordering anything from them again. PRODUCT DELIVERED ON SEPT 14 I STILL WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for over a week now. I am in NYS and they are in DE - so we share the same time zone. I call the customer service number and is says to call M-F between the hours of 9-5. Each time I HAVE called between those hours. There is no answer. The message says to send an e-mail to get a quicker response - I did, I week ago and still have not heard anything back. I certainly am NOT going to purchase anything from this company. There is NO response! Not a chance I am willing to take when spending my hard earned money!!

Looks interesting but most products are sold on Amazon for half the price, free delivery, in a few days or less. Check out other sites. This company is taking advantage of children on the spectrum and their families.

I would give Thoson a "0", if it were an option, because I have received nothing but lip service for a gift that I ordered for my grandson. I paid extra for expedited delivery and more than 10 days have passed without any update on delivery. I with that I had read these reviews prior. I asked for a firm update or a refund, but still no answer.
