Great products that are very difficult to return
The customer service is bananas. I ordered something and needed to return it. I reached out via the chat and they said they'd send me instructions via email. After a few days of not receiving anything I emailed the company requesting instructions to return it, and still nothing. I finally called the company. After waiting on hold for a long time I said I had to return a product and asked Christy how to do it. She told me to: "Get a box, open the box, place my item in the box, and tape the box back up, send it to us." Yes, thank you. This much I'm aware of. I had to ask for the address, which she didn't seem to want to give me, for whatever reason. Once she gave me the address and I asked her to spell it for me, and she simply repeated it to me again. Yet again I asked her to spell it and she did and she seemed annoyed. I asked her another question that she had to get an answer for, and when she came back she gave me the RMA for the package. The address and RMA were what I needed to begin with, not instructions on how to wrap a package for shipment. I'm canceling my autoships for all my products and I'm buying Kion products from here on out. I'm not even going to mention the pulling teeth experience when I asked her to confirm my email address on file. I shouldn't have to go rounds with a customer service rep to make sure they have my correct email address, especially since I hadn't received emails from them that I was told I'd be receiving.
