Customer service absolutely unreachable for months. Tried call, live chat, email. Nothing. ABSOLUTE SCAM AND SHELL COMPANY THEY NO LONGER DELIVER THE ORDER OR PRODUCTS YOU BUY. They take your money and IGNORE you.

I can't even buy from the brand for the first time. After going through a lengthy sign up process just to get into the website, I can't link my govX as the help page just takes me back to the account page. I also can't use the chat function during working hours as agents are never online and it directs to email inquiries. I am convinced that they don't actually employ anyone monitoring their chat systems during their posted working hours as I tried multiple times, hours apart. I give up. I will try a competitor brand. It's not worth this much friction just to try a product.

Awful company. Customer service never answer emails or phone calls! Products are low quality! Avoid at any cost

A subscription that regularly came on time that I relied on came late. I emailed twice with no response. After deciding I no longer would want this product, I sought to get my money back. The AI message system said it would send me a text to start my return. The link sent me to their “contact us” page. When I finally talked to a customer rep, I was told that I needed to pay for the shipping to return the product and the refund would be processed after they received the item. How do I know I would even get my money back?

Worst online experience possible. The site is fine, the products are fine. They messed up several orders, canceled a subscription without warning, then had me re-order and then I was charged full price vs subscription. Now I can't get anyone to write back. Looking everywhere where I could buy the products without ever having to deal with their e-commerce world again. Update: 2 months have gone by, still no response via email, chat, and now 3 phone calls with agents who have promised to get back to me

Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong order and have not responded to any emails inquiring about it for the last two weeks (I've sent 3).

Their products are amazing. But they steal money from people. They simply don't ship products, and then there is no customer service to speak to.
