Customer service is non existent - save yourself the bother and do not set up a direct debit with this lot. I phoned to cancel my orders when they randomly applied a delivery charge (no communication to say this would be added). I was told someone would call me back in an hour. Three hours later no call back; I emailed so they'd have it in writing that I wanted to cancel my future orders - so they added £25 to my final payment, which should have been less than £4. Avoid!

Oat milk was off on number of occasions, which tells me the bottle cleaning is dodgy as oat milk doesn't even need refrigeration. Customer service was really good just the finished product was off 😔 To respond to their reply, well what explanation can you offer for the numerous off oat milks we opened on the very morning of delivery??

Sadly on more than one occasion I’ve written to them about sour milk even on the day of delivery. I thought maybe it was me so started putting a cooler bag out too. Still milk is arriving sour. Their only reply has been “sorry you’re thinking of cancelling your order” no sorry won’t happen again or what can we do/suggest to rectify the problem. I don’t think it’s helped by the fact that I’m here in Inverness and the milk is coming from a Lancaster dairy. So much for lowering your carbon footprint and paying a premium for GLASS bottles to be delivered to your door from LOCAL dairies 🤔

Well what can I say worst company out there owe me money for a delivery I never got. Been waiting 2 weeks and still nothing. Put a post on Facebook and it was removed they have since blocked me. After more communication and false promises of my refund still nothing to get and email to ask if I will be removing this review prior to refund my answer is no. Have been given the run around long enough so this review will be staying

Only took delivery twice. Both times the milk was off when I opened it. I ended up going to the shop for milk which is what we were trying to get away from. Had to cancel my order as I was paying to tip the milk down the sink. When they say they are local I think you need to decide how local they are to your area. Although the milk is delivered to your door I think it has done more miles than you think.

Where on earth do I start … milk is off from the delivery… tried to say it was because it was sitting for hours.. I explained I’m up with the larks as I work in a hotel so I get my milk in at 5.45am !! Milkshake bottles were not collected and they refused to take them even though they are glass ? So the milkshake is the same as homebargains and the mark up is a sin , was really fed up of stinking milk I finally cancelled and got the rudest woman ever… I just didn’t have the energy to argue with someone that has zero customer service skills. I really really wanted to continue to support this independent company but it’s not even Scottish as all the bottles were dairies from England which it’s fine it’s all UK but don’t mislead us by saying it’s Scottish produce … unless there is a backward system and it’s produced up here but bottled in England 😬

Avoid these people like the plague. Cold called to our door offering a delivery service two weeks ago. First week, they delivered the milk but not the bottle caps they promised. This week they didn’t even deliver the milk. Attitude when we phoned to ask why was not good. Cancelled order. Cowboys (no pun intended.)

We have loved getting our milk delivery for the last six months. However only recently have we been having issues. The driver arrives at 1.30am, despite being told when agreeing to the deliveries, that milk would be delivered between 3-7am. This has resulted in our milk being warm when we wake up at 6am. Also this week, we recieved bottles that had two caps with different Use By dates. The cap underneath was labelled two days earlier than the cap on top, making it look like the milk had a longer Use By date. I emailed and did not recieve a satisfactory response so phoned up to cancel. The customer services team were so rude and the woman could not get off the phone quick enough to me. She told me to stop my milk getting warm by "buying a cool bag". Why should I have to fork out for a cool bag when they could just deliver at the time they said they would? Will not be using this company again and have moved to another milk delivery company.
