Very polite and helpful

Extremely pleasant customer service. Refund given without quibble. Excellent service.

I have been a Thomson Dairies customer for several years, and have nothing but good things to say about the products and the service. I am exceptionally grateful for the unwavering service during lockdown! The customer service is second to none, I spoke to Kyle who was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt truly appreciated as a customer! Would definitely recommend!

The assistant was Nicola Campbell & my issue was with my very first order. I had received semi skimmed milk instead of skimmed, there was also a delivery scheduled for Thursday for skimmed. Nicola sorted out the order very efficiently and it was all done in a few moments. Well done.

Great service!

Spoke to Kyle last week. He was so polite, friendly and helpful. Great service.

Chris was very friendly and explained everything very well

We recently signed up for doorstep delivery from Thomson Dairies. I had to phone customer services to check on how to set up my online account, I spoke to John who was very friendly and so helpful. I got all the information that I required. Very professional service and much appreciated.
