Any issue you have ,the Aberdeen office has a great staff the lady I spoke to was Tracy and she did everything she could to help . Every business should have a Tracy .

I really appreciate having my milk delivered. Thomsons have not failed me once even in the snows last winter. My milk is always with me before I get up at 7. The online ordering system is easy and convenient to use. The office staff are cheerful and happy to help with any questions or requests I have put to them. I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service and quality products. Any issues no matter how minor, they are quick to respond with a friendly call and follow up e-mail. A personal touch.

Always the same great service when I need to tweak my delivery, never an issue

I've been having deliveries for a while now which have always been great. Even during snow we still got our milk! Phoned today to speak about changing my delivery and spoke to Kyle, who was fantastic. Got me all sorted out and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. If you are thinking of going back to using milk delivery, I can't recommend Thomson Dairies enough.
