Have called Thomson a few times and have always had a very pleasant experience. The staff are always helpful, polite and a pleasure to talk to. Today I spoke to Tracy McKay and she brightened up my morning with her 'smiley' voice and 'nae problem' attitude.

Had a few problems during my set up process and phoned up to get some help, when i phone i got a man named Kyle Morrison he was very helpful and explained everything that i needed to know to help really friendly and very kind over the phone i am really pleased with the service i was granted with when i phoned up! Will be recommending other to join up aswell :)

During Covid we had the opportunity to have milk etc delivered to our door , twice weekly. We have never regretted doing this as our milk is always delivered on time and efficiently. There have been times when I have needed to change my order ,either by email or by telephone and the young woman dealing with this is always polite and efficient, nothing being too much trouble for her.
