Very polite and helpful lady on the phone

Great range of milk, dairy products, etc. Good value for money. Never had an issue with delivery. Staff are very helpful, in particular Tracy McKay who sorted a payment issue (caused by my bank) for me quickly and efficiently. Can 100% recommend this company.

I have switched banks and was looking to update my direct debit. I emailed Thomson Dairies and received a swift response from Tracy who couldn't have been more helpful and nice to correspond with. I had a DD to be collected from my previous bank account before the details could be updated. Tracy let me know this immediately and also diarised it so that she updated my details after the last payment had been collected. Whenever I've spoke to someone at Thomson Dairies they have always been great. Thank you Tracy!

Always very helpful

Today I sent an email to the company with a direct debit enquiry. Tracy Mackay responded to my email almost immediately and fixed the problem. She was very kind and offered me an option to call her if I wish to talk to her or if I have further questions. Their products are very good, their service is excellent and they are so approachable. I feel cared and looked after, which is very rare these days. I can honestly highly recommend them.
