Always helpful and efficient at answering queries. Excellent on time delivery

Found Nicola to be very nice to speak to and very helpful

Spoke with Tracy about a recent order I placed and she was more than helpful. We discussed the online feature also which I was unaware of. Brilliant customer service

I've been receiving deliveries from Thomson for a few weeks now and am really impressed. It's awesome to have fresh milk, cream, juice and eggs brought to my door twice a week at a decent price. Had to make a small change to my order which was made very quick and easy with the help of Tracy in the office. Top work all round.

I emailed asking for help, I got an almost immediate reply with the help I needed. Really can’t complain with service like that. A+++

Nicola was exemplary, very helpful, kind and caring. Given it was a pretty last minute cancellation for that night -so understanding.

Nicola dealt with my issue very efficiently, could have no complaints

Started getting milk delivered recently and a lovely lady Tracy helped me through the process. Thank you
