Tracy was really helpful making sure my request was attended to, much appreciated

I had been having difficulty logging into my account and I phoned and spoke to Tracey. She reassured me that she could resolve this for me. Tracey deactivated my account and set it up again. She then called me to confirm what she had done and asked me to try it. I tried to login and it was a success all thanks to Tracey who took ownership and saved me a lot of hassle. We started getting our milk delivered by Thomson Dairies before Xmas. This was initiated by a friendly wee letter through the door from Thomsons, explaining the delivery options. I wish we had done this a long time ago, it’s great waking up to fresh milk in the morning and know we are supporting local businesses. I emailed to freeze the order due to going away on holiday for a while and Tracy got back to me straight away to let me know this was done. A very friendly proficient service. I would recommend Thomsons dairies to anyone thinking about getting their milk delivered.

Tracy responded to my query very quickly and was able to make the changes I required. She was polite in her emails and eager to help out.

As always it’s a pleasure to deal with Tracy. Dropped an email across to advise of holiday dates etc. and received a very quick response. I normally get in touch via email and replies are always friendly and cheery. I’ve phoned in the past too and nothing seems too much trouble. Makes milk delivery very simple! Thank you!
