Great delivery service and helpful telephone team who assist with any account queries. Really helpful!

Nicola was fantastic today. Sorting out my change of address with ease. Thank you👍🏻

Had to cancel urgently and sent an email. Tracy McKay got back to me immediately and cancelled my order. Very good service!

Tracey does it again. A wee email to cancel my milk for the holiday and within minutes I get a reply. All sorted. Thanks again

Fantastic service from Tracy - super efficient when responding to my email enquiry. Thanks Tracy!

One of the few dairies that works quickly and cares about the customer. Milk is always fresh, I recommend organic milk and eggs. The taste from my childhood is very natural. Very friendly and professional customer service!

The listener was helpful, sympathetic, organised and very reassuring today. Thank you

Thomson have recently taken over my account from a previous supplier and I had some initial teething problems when setting up the account. I found Tracey to be very friendly and helpful when trying to sort them out. It’s good to know that there is someone happy to help at the end of the phone.
