I have contacted Thomson Dairies many times, and everyone without exception has been cheerful and extremely helpful, well organised and proactive. They keep in contact when needed, and I have never heard our delivery people make any noise- I have no idea what time they arrive! Thanks to them all.

I've only been a customer for a short time and during that time Thomson Dairies have given excellent service. I am now moving away and will no longer be able to access their service. It was so good to have milk delivered without plastic waste. Carry on your excellent eco-friendly service. Thank you all.😕👏👏👏

Spoke to Tracy about an issue with my online account, she fixed it, called me to let me know it was done. She was helpful and lovely to speak to.

Tracy is always so helpful with any changes I need to my order, excellent service.

I've called a number of time to the Shotts branch of TD and everytime I have always been met with a cheery voice at the other end, polite, knowlegable and my question answered with professionalism. Nothing is too much trouble and questions are always answered. Great service.

Set up an order for weekly oatmilk delivery. Very easy process as I was hugely helped by Tracy McKay at Thomson Dairies with this. Many thanks. Deliveries are working out just fine and the Oatmilk is delicious. So glad to have the glass bottles back. Much better for the environment.

E-mailed Tracy to cancel milk delivery for holidays. Got very quick response. No fuss, easy to deal with.
