Great customer service and easy to add or take away milk of if you have a holidays to stop. Staff have always been very helpfull.

Ordering was simple and products are well priced. My only issue is I received a trustpilot invitation before I have received confirmation of my order or that they deliver to my address.

I have been using Thompson Dairies for well over a year now. Only been two occasions where something went wrong, both times thier customer service team corrected it straight away. Other than that, there has been no issues, especially throughout the pandemic. Tracey in thier customer service team was very nice and very understanding of the situations
