After setting up an order it did not arrive not once but twice in the same week . After numerous calls finally spoke to someone who said that I couldn't cancel my order due to it being processed but gave a good speech that it would definitely be delivered the following day and he would call me to make sure it had been delivered and to see if I still wanted to cancel. The never called and continued to deliver more milk which I didn't ant they also delivered a bottle holder and cap which I didn't need. I called them again today and spoke to someone who basically told me that there was nothing in there notes to call me back they called the delivery manager instead!! How was he going to know of i as still going to cancel my order ? Then the person called me condescending which I found very rude seen as the service I'd expected wasn't fulfilled

After being promised a delivery to start from Monday 27th February 2023. Nothing. Called and was told it would start on 2nd March 2023. Today is 3rd March 2023 still no delivery. Cancelled contract and direct debit. Hopeless. They tell me that there was a problem accessing the property. Clearly deliverer went to the wrong address and in any case they did not beother either on 27th February or 2nd March to tell me that there was a problem. I've sent them an image of the property.

I called today on behalf of my 75 year old mother. She received a letter saying she owed money. This account was closed last March 2022 and this letter came out the blue. I called to query this. Well I was greeted by a very disgusting rude man on the phone. He was patronising, did not allow me to speak and continued to speak over me whilst saying how they are there to help. Nothing could have been further from the truth. His words to me me, it doesn’t matter the age of the person, if they owe money they owe money!! If my mum had off called this person today she would have been broken. She cancelled her orders with this company because she did not receive the items that she was paying for. Her eggs were broken, milk wasn’t there nor was the orange juice. When she tried to call, no-one answered most of the time and when she finally got through they did not apologise or look to rectify this. An absolute disgrace. Be very wary of this company. I shall not remove this post as I feel this is just. All you have done is talk about your company. So many posts reflect the same as mine - Fact. My mum didn’t receive what she was paying for - Fact. You did not offer to fix this - Fact. You took money even though she didn’t receive her items - Fact. We shouldn’t have had to pay anything - Fact. Please acknowledge your faults instead of putting it all on the customer. A number 1 company would not talk to people the way you did - Fact. I wouldn’t call the office again after the unpleasant conversation I had. It was obvious that nothing I was saying was going to be heard or make a difference. I acknowledge I paid £17.00 down from £57.00 but this was for my mums sake as I was clearly advised that you wouldn’t discuss with me as I was not the account holder. I believe this should have been closed due to the fact items were not delivered and the ones that were, were broken. I fail to see how you are here to help when you did not listen or offer to rectify my mums missing deliveries. If stating that I am sexiest helps in your defence then that is fine with me. I am a person defending my mother who has been wrongfully charged and treated unfairly. As stated previously no apology for that and coming after my mum for money on products not received. Clearly I matter more than that. I whole heartedly agree #BeKind - Fact To everyone reading this, stand your ground.

I cancelled my milk in September 2022, ny contacting thomson diaries by email giving enough time to stop any further milk being delivered, I cancelled my direct debit. I have since received a credit controlled email threating me to take action, first for 25.00 , and I have now managed to get this reduced to 11.92 as I was being charged for cancelling my own direct debit. I amnow querying the 11.92 as it does not make any sense going with the time line of me cancelling it. I would not recommend them as customer service terrible

Would give no stars if I could. Absolutely shocking service and attitude. Got my order wrong several times yet I was charged for items I hadn't even ordered. Kept asking for this to be rectified and never was so eventually just asked to cancel. Then told I need to pay 89 pounds because there's a 50 pounds cancellation charge. Shame because would have been a fantastic idea if the staff had the write attitude and organisation to run a business.

Signed up for some milk back in October, after 2 weeks nothing arrived & I was given a notice that I was about to be charged for deliveries. I emailed them explaining I was going to cancel due to no delivery & my reply was "sorry we are trying to contact the driver as it's marked down as delivered, we'll contact you as soon as we know". I still cancelled since no reply ever came & now 3 months later I have an email telling me I owe them over £40 even though I cancelled the account in October and have still to this day never received ANY milk. I signed up to have a product delivered and I never received it once.... and they expect me to pay for it? This isn't any different from a scam.

Would give no stars if it would let me. Ignoring my emails, took a payment out of my account even though I cancelled my order, over charged me for the final payment. Over £7 for 3 pints of milk????? Still waiting for my money to be returned and reimbursed for over payment. Absolute disgrace to do this to people.

I was transferred to Thomson dairies from another company that stopped delivering in my area. I cancelled months ago, took ages for them to finally cancel my order, in the meantime sending milk I had cancelled, I'm now getting emails demanding money despite cancelling months ago. I've been in contact several times, get told this will get sorted and then receive another threatening email. Its ridiculous
