Have been a customer for just under a year. Delivery is reliable and staff is helpful and friendly. Their oatmilk is delicious - not like what you get in the shops. Website is easy to use. Very happy customer.

I signed up for a bi-weekly milk delivery in February when I moved to a new build. It was quick and easy to set up my account over the phone and online. Direct debit once a week. Milk is delicious and fresh. But with the cost of living crisis, I've had to cancel the delivery - which I feel terrible about, and I will be getting my delivery reinstated as soon as I'm able - and when I called up to cancel my delivery, the customer service was excellent, and understanding of the situation. I will 100% be returning to Thomson Dairies as a customer as soon as I can.

Have been getting our milk and eggs delivered for a couple of years now and very happy with the service we’ve received. Also get a great service from Tracy Mckay. I often need to make last minute changes to our weekly order and she promptly and professionally deals with my email requests. Very polite and cheery. A pleasure to deal with.
