E-mailed them and got a satisfactory quickly

Great service for nearly a year. Never had a problem. Always friendly service until I tried to cancel. I always got a quick response by email but nobody replied when I sent two cancellation emails. Then I phoned up and a young man was outright unfriendly and mocked me for my reason to cancel! He tried to sell me a milk alternative but I said no thank you and he said that my account was cancelled and hung up. Why must it be such an unpleasant experience to cancel?

Fresh milk in glass bottles delivered to your door. Really good eggs too. Very easy to amend order online.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful in dealing with the issue I had with credit for bottles returned.

Good service, the Mossgiel milk is amazing, had a couple of problems with accessing my account, but Tracy at Thomson dairies swiftly sorted them for me 👍

The reason for only 4 on the day the vehicle had a problem in Inverness. I tried phoning to get an update on my delivery and i got no reply it was after 16.30, I do understand that the office do not answer the phones after 16.30, Can someone not answer the phone when a problem like this happens again.
