For the second time in about 6 months this Company has overcharged my by about £5.00 for my weekly delivery (£11.74 instead of £6.83). The order has been the same since I started using them so why the overcharge. The last time i complained i was promised a refund which never appeared. Totally unacceptable that I cannot contact by email directly to Thomson's instead of going through this medium. Other than that service great. Full marks to the milkman but its the admin that lets the Company down.

Have not been told when to expect delivery, and what is will consist of. Nothing about payments either.

The person I was dealing with kept sniffing loudly. He needed to blow his nose. He obviously had a bad cold or something worse. I found it offputting.

Easy to set up, very helpful in helping me change my order, good prices too, very polite and professional, but so far 3 deliveries in and only received 1 of those deliveries

Customer service has a lot to be desired. Sour milk with 5 days left on the date. Even though the milk was refrigerated 20mins after delivery Their answer buy a cool bag. Delivered in a unchilled transit. Thought it was funny how the bottles had Lanchester Dairys England. Was told their recycled bottles. But then noticed Lanchester Dairys stamped on the foil lid. Looks very suspect that a Scottish company is either. A.. Using a company in England to bottle plus their milk. B.. Transporting their milk to a bottling plant in England. Either way is unacceptable. Closed my account and paid my last bill. Give serious thought before using as I wish I'd read reviews first. My brother uses a company in Perth, and from the top to the middle to the bottom of the bottle has their logo and print all over it. Unlike Thompsons who have Lanchester England strapped all over it.

We have used them for 4 weeks via the Aberdeen branch , every week something was not delivered. When you phone them you get the home centre who say the right things but nothing happens .Cancelled our order as the last thing you need is an unreliable milk delivery.

I registered for this service through a door sales person. The milk delivery was OK for a few months, but everything seemed to get complicated over the Chirstmas holidays. The company sent me a card with the updated delivery times and direct debit dates, but then proceeded to request for successive payments on the 25th and 26th of December and the 1st and 2nd of January, neither of these dates were on the card that they previously sent me. Seeing how these dates were Bank Holidays, as well as they were asking for different amounts each day, it was considered to be a fraudulent transaction and cancelled automatically by my bank. I was just contacted by a representative from the company to inform me about the outstanding debt and to process a payment through the phone. I was unlpeasantly surprised to see that they did not get any ownership for messing the payments up from their end and they instead focused on blaming me. They mentioned some emails that I never received (including after checking my spam folder) and that I needed to give them personal details over the phone. Overal, I wanted to support local economy by subscribing to this service, but seeing the service I got, I am more than happy with super market milk. More importantly, several of my friends and family have asked for this service and after sharing my experience, they also decided against this.

First couple of times direct debit & milk being delivered all normally. This company never takes the direct debit when there’s money in my account, so with that they racked me up to £30 debt due to them always taking it when there’s nothing in my bank putting me minus. I have no money in my bank tonight as I had £25 in it and they decide to take it. I do not like this milk company at all.
