Quick response from Nicola

Nicola always responds promptly to changes in orders, including at short notice. I so appreciate having milk, eggs, oat milk and yogurt delivered to my door.

Nicola responded promptly to my request to pause our delivery, I had tried to do this on line but was unsuccessful, but Nicola has dealt with my request.

Delighted with the customer service’s

Nicola dealt with my enquiry in her usual efficient way and also a thumbs up to our milkman who made sure our milk was not ruined during the recent bad weather.

Despite horrendous weather and driving conditions, milk was delivered. This was way above and beyond routine. It is so reassuring to have a reliable service.

As always Nicola does her job perfectly. Always very polite.

Great phone manner, polite and helpful, thank you Nicola. Always happy to call Thomson Dairies.
