After selling on Amazon for years without any issues, last month my seller account was suspended due to complaints about inauthentic items. While they did provide multiple appeals and affidavits, at the end of the day my store was never reinstated. This company displays a 100% money back guarantee (the reason I chose them over many other companies) on the front page of their website, but buries the 60-day clause in fine print, that you have to search for. They also don't respond in a timely manor making it easy to surpass the 60 day mark. People were nice but they didn't do what I hired them to do.

My Amazon account was suspended for listing unbeknowst to me an item that was a medical device. I contacted Thompson & Stein and explained my situation. They were responsive and attentive with my issue. They were confident that my account would be re-activated. Thompson & Stein created a Plan of Action letter and I submitted it to the internal support at Amazon and they rejected it. I told Thompson & Stein and they responded right away and created a second letter and I submitted to the internal team again. The internal team rejected again. I contacted Thompson & Stein and they told be this time to send the Plan of Action letter to Amazon Internal team in Seattle, WA. I still did not get my account re-activated so I contacted Thompson & Stein and they created an Affidavit and they told be to send to the internal team in Seattle, WA. It took a few months but finally my account was re-activated. Thompson & Stein especially Ralph Schneider was extremely responsive, attentive and confident with my situation even when I lost hope about my restoration of Amazon account. Ralph reassured me at every step my account would be re-activated. The price for the POA letter was very reasonable. My review was lengthly purposely because I wanted to share that Ralph Schneider of Thompson & Stein stayed with me from start to finish. He was extremely reassuring throughout the whole journey. If you ever have your Amazon account suspended YOU MUST hire Thompson & Stein the price is reasonable, they will create a well structured POA letter for you that will be accepted by Amazon. They are the Best! and I thank them for re-activating my account. Again they are the BEST!
