This is a fraudulent website—do not trust them. I made two payments on behalf of my friends, yet they provided no assistance in reinstating our Amazon selling account and refused to issue a refund. Each time I reached out, they responded with lies. Avoid paying them at all costs.

Thompson & Stein saved my Amazon business! I was under so much stress about my Section 3 "violation" and later deactivation of my account despite having all the correct and submitted documents that Amazon requested. I talked to Amazon Seller Central support to no avail. I sent my documents again, but I received the same robo-AI messaging from Amazon to submit documents. I heard of Thompson & Stein through my Discord book selling group and decided to give them a try. They rushed me a professional appeal/action plan letter to send to Amazon. My account was reactivated in two days. They also told me what to do should Amazon denied my appeal, so I never felt that I was on my own, I had someone on my corner. Thank you!

I highly recommend Thompsonstein to help reactivate a deactivated AMZ account. Mine was all of a sudden deactivated for alleged "fraud". Of course no fraud there, just AMZ deciding to jeopardize your business as usual. Ralph Schneider worked with me, he knows the system, he knows who to talk to at AMZ and who are the poeple he gets feedback from. We filed several appeals one after one. Each time AMZ came up with something (or nothing) but Ralph just kept following up on the next steps, and telling me what to do, with strong confidence that the account would be reinstated. After several months of nonsense of AMZ and a terrible frustration, I actually gave up after the last feedback from AMZ saying "wait 2-3 weeks more", and I was looking for a way to close the account and move my inventory to a third party warehouse. And few days ago out of the blue the account was reactivated !!!! Ralph was very supportive and very available and super patient with me. My business is saved I have another chance to rebuild my lost sales. So just go and use Thompsonstein, it is a no-brainer to reactivate your AMZ account ! And very affordable !

The Name Thompson and Stein will for long be registered in my head as my helper during a very difficult time with Amazon section 3 Suspension! The worked tirelessly to get my account restored and finally we found success yesterday 🙏

I would highly recommend Steven and Thompsonstein to solve your Amazon Suspension appeal. I received an email warning from Amazon saying we violated a policy and we had 72 hrs to respond and appeal before the account would be closed. I researched online to see how to handle the matter and read it's best to hire a professional when dealing with a suspension. We decide to go with Steven at Thompsontein and it was the very best decision we made. Within 24 hrs Steven and his team had an appeal letter and plan of action. We submitted it and had our account cleared from being suspended. Steven, was quick, professional and was very confident he would have our account stay in good standing. I highly recommend Steven and his team.

My account was deactivated due to IP issues. I tried taking care of it myself by submitting the appropriate documents and appeal after appeal I kept getting denied. I was told about thompsonstein & they handled my issue so fast ! My issue was a little bit more complicated & I was losing hope . They kept updating me and reassured that it was going to get reinstated. They didn’t lie ! Because what was supposed to be 2 weeks actually turned into 2 days! Props to this team because dealing with Amazon is not easy! Thank you so so much ! Words cannot describe how thankful I am for your services ! && also their prices are super reasonable with the amount of work that they put in !

I used them last month. Steve provided me with a strong appeal letter which helped to get my seller account reactivated. I believe Amazon makes the who appeal process way to complicated. It's is really hard to understand all the the requirements set out by Amazon by someone who does not have a lot of experience in appealing an seller suspension.

I did a lot of research online and most appeal agencies where charging $500 usd and more. Thompson & Stein offers lower fees, however, they don't offer phone support, if this important for you this might not be the right agency for you. My Amazon seller account was suspended due to a section 3 violation and It took around a week to get back my seller account restored. I wish it had been faster, but I am still happy to have my account restored.
