This entire company is a scam and so is Thomas Kralow - I am still waiting for my refund 5 months after being approved and told my refund would arrive within 30 days and I am still getting the automated replies that I will be refunded soon. I attended Thomas Kralows 3 day AI trading system work shop and got weaved in to the lies - i enrolled in the program after asking some very specific questions about their claims - I was already experienced in the space and was mainly looking to automate the process as was promised in his workshop with their AI bot. - they took payment made a bunch of promises about the no brainer 7 day money back guarantee and when I got access I realized the AI bot was not at all as promised....90% of the bot signals were completely stopped out or dud signals - the grand claims were backed my illusions and abuse tactics to make people feel they were missing out if they weren't smart enough to try the no brainer system... - I contacted and asked for a refund within 5 days and then was told I didnt' qualify for the promised refund cause it had been past 7 days. I literally had to spend 2 weeks sending them all my email and messaged correspondence for them to finally acknowledge and approve my refund as their bot was a complete dud I am still waiting 5 months later and just keep getting an automatic response to be patient because my refund is will be processed. I made it clear that I needed to pay for a medical bill for a child in my family and they just kept reassuring while refusing to actually give me a refund confirmation or date. Thomas Kralow is a complete fraud, and while shouting about his narcissistic wealth to grandstand everyone and make people feel inadequate, he then literally launched a fake program/ bot with huge unproven claims and then refuses to give the promised refund once called out on his fake claims..... He and his team are preying on the weak and vulnerable. They must be stopped!

Could have used the refund money last week to pay out of pocket for a PET scan that my health insurance denied. Now I sit and wonder what that scan could have shown. My refund was approved on medical grounds but these people just keep responding with the same answer.”your refund is approved, you should see it soon” I doubt I will ever see it as they are nothing but fake. Steer clear of their club.

5-7 business days for a refund, they claimed below in the comments, is just a lie. After 3 weeks, the response is that I need to wait, and it has been processed, and banks might take 30 days :) After asking for the receipt, which proves the transaction was made, their only excuse is I need to wait. That proves the money is not refunded and might be stolen

I asked straightforward questions about the promised ‘10x’—whether it meant actual profit or something else—and about their 7-day refund policy conditions. Instead of clear answers, my chat messages were removed repeatedly, and I was eventually kicked out of a Zoom call for asking a basic clarification. Transparency matters, and I didn’t get it here. I reached out to their team on WhatsApp with specific questions, but instead of clear answers, I mostly received motivational messages urging me to act quickly or risk missing out on a life-changing opportunity. They couldn’t engage with my questions directly. (And yes, It was a real Thomas Kralow, not some scammer from Nigeria) P.S. I really liked Thomas Kralow, and I still do, but now I see him more as a motivator than an educator. Hopefully this changes P.S.(2) Don't remove this honest message, I am not a bot or a hater. I bought Thomas Kralow’s trading course in November 2020 for $600. The sales material promised comprehensive education and an active community. In reality, the content was very basic (much of it freely available elsewhere), explanations of key concepts were vague (e.g., MACD described only as “correlating with waves” rather than a momentum indicator), and there was no coverage of critical ideas like higher highs, higher lows, lower highs, and lower lows—concepts I only learned five years later as I began achieving real success in the stock market. The private Facebook group started active but became completely dead—there have been virtually no posts or engagement in over two years. I spoke with several other students during my time there, and none reported achieving consistent profitability from the course. After more than a year of diligent study and following the program, I saw no meaningful improvement in my trading. I do not recommend this course. - My reply to Thomas: Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it doesn’t address any of the actual issues I raised. The course content was very basic, the explanations were vague, and critical technical concepts like higher highs/lows and lower highs/lows were completely absent. Saying “we’ve improved since 2020” doesn’t change the fact that I paid $600 for a course that failed to deliver meaningful value. The Facebook group becoming inactive for over two years is also a legitimate concern. I stand by my review. Students deserve to know exactly what they’re getting before spending their money. I had the "pleasure" to enrol in the last event which I was a VIP, for 97USD. the VIP access gave the possibility to learn something more 30 minutes the main event. after 2 days, I realised and understood that we were buying an AI software for trading and trading signals. Whe I showed my online disappointment in the chat with other VIP and the main conference, I have been kicked out from the conference. I was making the point about the purchase I processed that was more online courses and a telegram signal channel than a software which was more clear in the first classes. it was too good to be true. Today I opened a dispute with the bank to get a refund of 3995USD and 97 USD. And, the refund request happened before 7 days , which was the time for a FULL REFUND, NO questions policy. after 15 days, I am still waiting. When, I will get a refund, I will update this feedback. review always the feedbacks online.

I purchased a VIP ticket for the AI masterclass after previously following Thomas Kralow on YouTube. I was disappointed to find out that it was essentially a scam. Do not trust this company. He uses extremely misleading or outright false marketing and does not deliver what he claims to. He truly seems to have no conscience. The 'AI masterclass' did not touch on anything concrete related to AI models. Instead, it was a long, drawn out series of advertising sessions to lure in desperate individuals to pay $4,000 to join his trading club. In addition, the support team is highly unprofessional. I quickly reached out to ask for a refund for the VIP ticket after discovering it was not as advertised, but instead the support team suggested I not request a refund because of the 'value' they are providing. I responded and made it very clear that I want a refund, yet they still have not provided a refund after two weeks. It's likely that most, if not all, of the positive reviews on here are created by Kralow's team. During the few sessions of the AI masterclass I attended, any comments or questions that were even slightly critical were immediately deleted. Also, there seemed to be fake attendees repeatedly praising Thomas in the comments to attempt to improve their credibility. Overall, in my opinion Thomas has lost all credibility due to his and his team's behaviour during this even. Again, do not trust this company.
