There seemed to be an issue with the product availability that was not represented on the website. The logistics/shipping team contacted me quite quickly to resolve the issue, and I received a shipping conformation later the same day. I'm currently waiting for the shipment so I hope everything is correct and in order.

good prices and decent shipping time

I purchased an Item that said was "in stock" but ended up needing to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Luckily the manufacturer had more so delay was minimal but I was on a time crunch. Ended up taking 3 days from time of ordering before it was shipped butt luckily will make it here the day before I needed it.

Good shipping time even with the holiday weekend. Could use better customer service.

Thus far everything has been great the only reason I could not go a full 5 stars is because of the e-mail about My part not being in stock , but to there credit the sources it and got it out very quickly.

Searching on the website was slightly difficult and email updates on the order were sparse but other than that, everything was nice and went smoothly with the purchase.

First time ordering from TH pretty impressed with customer service package should be here in a couple days thanks can't wait!
