I purchased a set of Race Ramps on their website. I received confirmation of the order and was charged AND paid. I just received an email saying they were being"proactive" and canceling my order. I receive this....Thank you for your recent order. Upon reviewing your order we found that the description of the item was not properly listed. We want to be proactive and ensure we avoid any errors before they occur. To accomplish this, we have cancelled the order and issued a full refund which you can expect to show up in your account within 3-5 business days. We understand that your project is now likely delayed and we want to do everything we can to help make it right. If you reply with the year, make and model of your vehicle and confirmation of the part you wish to purchase we will do everything we can to find it for you. We look forward to hearing from you soon. This is false advertising. As a greater insult, their listing is STILL THE SAME AS IT WAS WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER. THEY CLEARLY CHOSE NOT TO HONOR THEIR JANUARY SALE PRICE !!!! I assume they're being "proactive " in word only. They say they will help. Easy to do....FILL MY ORDER This company is not trustworthy. CAVEAT EMPTOR.........Let the buyer beware.
